RACIST Republican Mayor Loses Election To Black Candidate Goes On Facebook And Says THE N^^^^A WON

August 26, 2016: The former mayor of Midland City, Alabama (pop. 2,366), just EXPOSED herself as a racist, and she did so on Facebook.
You see Patsy Capshaw Skipper lost the mayoral election to a black candidate – Jo Ann Bennett Grimsley. Jo Ann won the race with a 233-148 margin.

But Patsy couldn’t take the fact that she lost the race to a Black person. So Skipper used the racial epithet in a response to someone’s question on her Facebook page. In a screenshot, Skipper is seen responding to a constituent by saying, “I lost. The ****** won.” The constituent responded by saying, “I’m so sorry.”
